I would like to say that Lauren Janes is one of the best realtors you can have!! Lauren is very knowledgeable in the real estate business! I met her in February and I closed in March! Lauren was amazing! Once we go our house ready for the market, we received the offer we accepted the 2nd day after it went on the market. Compass Realty has a Concierge card program that allowed us to borrow money for work to be done on the house, and it was paid back at settlement.
